Welcome to Our Lodge!
Our lodge is located on St Rt 309, west of Caledonia and just outside the City of Marion. We offer a building with full kitchen, pavilion with restrooms, volleyball courts, a stocked pond for fishing, and playground equipment. Payment Information
Final Price
The final price for your rental is subject to verification of day selected and your membership status. If you claim to be a member of FOP Lodge #24 or FOPA #49 but are not, the lodge reserves the right to cancel your booking all together or charge you the total fee for the rental, not to exceed $400.00.
Deposit
A rental deposit will be required within one week of booking. This deposit will be non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the date reserved. The deposit shall be $50 for peak season rentals and $25 for off-season rentals.
Payment
Full payment is due no later then 14 days prior to your booked date.
Venmo: Your deposit and balance can be paid via Venmo at https://account.venmo.com/u/FOP24.
Check: You can also pay by check. Submit your deposit and/or final payment to the FOP #24, Attn: Rick Hare, 100 Executive Drive, Marion, Ohio 43302.
Rules
NO smoking inside lodge
NO pets inside lodge
DO NOT place holes in the wall
If you use tape, please remove it
If you move anything, please put it back
Leave kitchen towels and rags for lodge caretaker to clean
Empty trash bags into large trash bin outside
Please leave the building as you entered it for the next guest
NO throwing rocks into the pond, fish are catch and release only
